About the Opportunity
This part-time position (0.5 FTE) is available for a Lecturer in Speech Pathology who is passionate about teaching, research, and clinical practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Delivering high-quality teaching across Speech Pathology topics, with a focus on placement education;
* Designing and delivering curricula, including short courses appealing to current and future students;
* Remaining clinically active as a Speech Pathologist to ensure teaching aligns with evolving healthcare practice;
* Collaborating with teams at our rural locations – Mt Gambier, Renmark, or Port Pirie – and the Bedford Park campus.

About You
We are seeking a dedicated and collaborative professional with outstanding communication, mentoring, and interpersonal skills. You should have:
* A doctorate in a relevant field or equivalent clinical experience and professional standing;
* Current, unconditional registration as a speech pathologist;
* Contemporary clinical experience in Speech Pathology;
* Demonstrated excellence in tertiary-level teaching, including clinical or simulated settings;
* A sound understanding of pedagogical theory and modern education practices in speech pathology.
