**The Opportunity**
Unique opportunity to work closely with a successful business owner to establish and administer their family office.
Your mission will be to create time for the owner - by coordinating all their property, investment, and other activities "like a Swiss watch" and taking away day-to-day distractions.
**The Role**
This newly created role will be responsible for day-to-day running of the family office, coordinating all its business and administrative activities. You will be working closely with the owner with the goal of forming a long-term, trusted relationship.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Bookkeeping & company secretarial (all private entities outside main business)
- Private / family administration (properties, suppliers, bill payment, vehicles, investments, tax, etc.)
This is a key part-time role (0.6 FTE) based at our Embleton head office.
You will be comfortable with all bookkeeping activities including BAS lodgement.
