**Position Overview**:
As an Internal Sales team member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customers receive exceptional service. This position involves providing support to the sales team, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining strong relationships with valued clients.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide product information and assist customers in making informed purchase decisions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless order processing and timely deliveries.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to meet customer needs.
- Resolve customer concerns and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain accurate and organized customer records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, products, and competitors to enhance your ability to assist customers.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales support, preferably in an industrial products or similar industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive and customer-focused attitude.
