What You'll Be Doing
You'll be the heartbeat of the sales team, supporting daily operations while building your own sales muscle.
* Chatting with new leads, booking appointments, and keeping the energy high
* Managing CRM data like a pro (we'll teach you everything)
* Helping run the sales office - open, close, and make it shine
* Jumping into socials, updating listings, and keeping marketing on point
* Getting involved in events, launches, and VIP client days

What We're Looking For
You're confident, curious, and love people. You don't need years of experience - just the right mindset.
* You're a great communicator who loves connecting and making things happen
* You're organised, sharp, and switched-on
* You've got hustle, ambition, and care about doing things right
* Real estate experience is a bonus, not a must
* You're happy to work weekends (where the action is)
Must haves:
* NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
* Reliable car + valid driver's licence
