Your overarching purpose is to work closely and collaboratively to support the team and the Store Manager to drive the ultimate customer experience and elevate the store's overall performance.
You'll bring significant value through;
* Leading by example through inspiring and delighting our customers, enabling them to weave their own style of home
* Being a role model around achieving personal targets and KPIs whilst supporting the team to achieve theirs
* Supporting the Store Manager with coaching, developing and training the wider team
* Contributing to successful workforce planning and roster to ensure we remain within budget
* Analysing reports and proactively identifying opportunities that will increase the customer experience
