About Our Client
Our client is an FMCG manufacturing site based in Bomaderry NSW.
Job Description
* Lead all engineering and maintenance activities across the site, including a maintenance team.
* Manage CAPEX projects from concept to commissioning, including new line builds and installations.
* Manage a team of maintenance fitters and electricians.
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards.
* Develop and implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs.
* Collaborate with supply chain and operations to align engineering with business goals.
* Drive operational efficiency, reduce downtime, and improve asset reliability.
* Manage external contractors and ensure high standards of safety and performance.
* Maintain strict budget control and deliver on cost-reduction KPIs.
* Champion OHS and risk management in a high-pressure manufacturing environment.
* Support continuous improvement and lean transformation initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Site Engineering Manager should have:
* Experience in Maintenance and Engineering Management within FMCG, Food Manufacturing or Pharmaceuticals.
* Proven experience managing CAPEX projects, including installation of new production lines.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
