We are looking for a highly skilled conceptual Designer/Art Director to join our growing team at FABRIC.
PURPOSE
As a Designer/ Art Director, you are insightful and invested in creating considered and crafted work, taking ideas and elevating the work to its greatest potential.
YOUR IMPACT
As a natural problem solver, you’ll influence all phases of design and art direction through to execution. Assisting in the creation, ideation and delivery of projects across the design and creative teams within Fabric.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
* Leading the conceptual development of creative projects with the ability to manage projects from inception through to finalisation
* Working collaboratively among a small team of specialists across creative, strategy and production
* Working across multiple products in a dynamic and fast paces environment
* Coming up with clear and strategic design and/or art directions responses to briefs through channel-agnostic design/ art direction
* Understanding the client’s needs, listening closely so you can come up with an informed understanding and deliver well considered, thoughtful responses.
* Creating and crafting original and usable concepts/designs in response to strategic/creative briefs
* Designing logos, the creation of brand identities and design guidelines
* Developing inspiring art directions that stand out in market
* Recommending and briefing crew, model talent based on the specific budget and ask of the brief
* Presenting work in a clear, coherent and professional manner
* Working closely with relevant teams, ensuring effective communication and management of teams’ expectations
* Managing and owning design/creative output to ensure consistency and quality of work delivered
* Prioritising your own workload to ensure team’s demands are met and managed
