Key Responsibilities
* Load products into racks with precision to prevent damage and ensure efficient storage.
* Conduct quality checks and identify damaged products, reporting issues promptly.
* Perform manual handling tasks, including 2-person lifts and packing of items ranging from 15-30 kg.
* Understand and follow rack numbering systems and warehouse location protocols accurately.
* Scan and record product movement using a UD Phone or similar scanning device.
* Adhere strictly to safety procedures and maintain high situational awareness, especially in forklift-heavy areas.
* Work flexibly across multiple departments to support operational needs.
* Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors, demonstrating a good level of spoken and written English.
* Meet diversity and inclusion targets as part of company-wide initiatives.
