Role Overview
We are seeking a results-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to develop, execute, and optimise performance-driven campaigns that meet client goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across paid channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to drive business growth.
* Manage the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, execution, management, and reporting.
* Continuously monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data to maximise ROI.
* Ensure marketing strategies align with our clients' goals and work with our team to achieve the best outcomes from a budget and effort perspective.
* Build and present detailed performance reports using tools like Google Looker Studio or similar.
* Use tools like Google Tag Manager to set up detailed event tracking across Google and Meta.
Required Skills
* Extensive experience with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.), including campaign setup, management, and optimisation.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse data and make strategic decisions to optimise campaign performance.
* Proficiency in performance tracking and reporting tools, including Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and Google Looker Studio.
* Experience with conversion tracking and optimisation tools like Google Tag Manager and Meta Business Manager.
* Familiarity with SEO principles and their role in performance marketing strategies.
Bonus Skills
* Experience in A/B testing, landing page optimisation, and UI/UX principles.
* Familiarity with email marketing and cross-channel marketing.
