ABOUT THE ROLE
As General Manager, you'll work closely with the Owner, Director, and Licensee to oversee the revenue-generating functions of the business while leading and inspiring a high-performance culture .
Your role will include:
* Driving sales and property management growth in line with strategic goals.
* Leading, mentoring, and motivating a passionate team of Sales Executives, BDMs, Property Managers, and Marketing professionals .
* Overseeing operational excellence, compliance, and business performance reporting.
* Collaborating with senior leadership on strategic planning, budgets, and KPIs.
* Championing company culture, creating an environment where people thrive and succeed
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
We're looking for a dynamic leader with:
* 5+ years' experience in the real estate industry.
* A proven track record leading high-performing teams .
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to achieve and exceed KPIs.
* Exceptional strategic thinking, organisational skills, and operational oversight.
* The ability to foster collaboration while driving results.
* Current registration for Sales & Property Management (Full Real Estate Agent Licence preferred).
