Young Academics Early Learning Centre is a leading and reputable provider with more than 50 centres across New South Wales. We are currently seeking an experienced Centre Manager to lead our vibrant BRAND NEW Toukley centre.
About the Role:
As a Centre Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent delivery of the highest standards to maintain the operational requirements of the service. This role holds an influential position within the service, accountable for business, relationship and financial success aligned with our values.
This position is a full‐time role – Monday to Friday, 6:30 am to 6 pm.
Responsibilities
* Lead and develop a high‐performing team.
* Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain high operational standards.
* Build strong partnerships with families and the local community.
* Manage budgets, occupancy, rostering, and administrative tasks efficiently to optimise the centre's performance.
* Work in a stimulating, contemporary environment equipped with the latest resources.
* Demonstrate attention to detail in keeping accurate records and evaluating programs.
* Guide processes and systems within the centre, adhering to the ECA Code of Ethics, including experience with OWNA or willingness to learn.
* Oversee day‐to‐day centre operations, enrolments, and resource management.
* Drive continuous improvement through reflective practice and innovation.
* Support professional development and mentoring of your team.
About you
* Advocate for Early Childhood and Care.
* Bachelor's in Early Childhood and Care or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care from a nationally approved registered training organisation.
* Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.
* Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
* Valid Employee Working with Children Check.
* Minimum of 2 years' experience leading and managing an Early Learning Centre.
