Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and strategic Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of clients and agencies. Your responsibilities will include managing client relationships, ensuring campaign performance, and driving revenue growth through understanding client needs and proposing solutions. The role combines proactive sales engagement with existing clients and initiating new partnerships. Strong relationship-building, strategic thinking, and a proactive business approach are essential.
Key Responsibilities
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, serving as the main point of contact for all client inquiries and requests.
2. Understand client business objectives and advertising goals.
3. Proactively address client needs and concerns, ensuring satisfaction.
4. Conduct regular check-ins and meetings to assess satisfaction, identify new opportunities, and resolve issues.
5. Develop and implement account plans to meet sales targets, drive revenue, and increase market share.
6. Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
7. Upsell and cross-sell within existing accounts to maximize revenue.
8. Develop advertising strategies and campaigns aligned with client objectives.
9. Ensure timely and within-budget campaign delivery.
10. Monitor performance and provide regular reports to clients.
11. Collaborate with internal teams for seamless campaign execution and excellent results.
12. Provide feedback to improve processes and services.
13. Manage sales forecasts and report on account performance to senior management.
14. Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
* Act as a liaison to resolve client issues promptly and efficiently.
* Ensure client needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Required Skills and Experience
* At least 4+ years of experience in sales, advertising, account management, or business development, preferably within out-of-home and/or digital platforms.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute account plans.
* Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets.
* Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and relevant tools.
