You will be working with the Information Digital Technology and Security (IDT&S) Regional Leader and will play a critical role in supporting the execution of our strategy, operations, governance, risk, compliance, and financial processes, enabling successful operations across the region. The ideal candidate will have experience in an IT services or technology driven environment and thrives in a fast-paced role that blends business strategic support with data analysis, project co-ordination and reporting.Due to the International nature of the role and business as a whole, there may be the requirement to support after hours meetings and calls, however flexibility is encouraged.Key Responsibilities:ReportingPrepare regular business performance updates for leadership and stakeholdersMaintain comprehensive reports, executive scorecards, and dashboards to track key results and performance indicators to provide insights to stakeholders and drive decision makingAct as a liaison between IT divisions and ensure clear and consistent communication regarding organizational updates, achievements, and strategies realizationContinuously monitor and evaluate performance metrics and ensure that Objectives and Key results are updated for Monthly Business Performance reportingGovernance & ComplianceRepresent organization on compliance and compliance related activities. Monitor and liaise with team where remediation activities are requiredWork with and support the IT Compliance Teams with internal and external Audit co-ordinationFinanceAssist in budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processesWorkforce co-ordination and keep a track record of all resource requests and collaborate with various teams throughout approval process (LT, HR, Finance)Collaborate with IT, finance, supply chain and HR to support cross functional collaborationCommunicationEnsure that communication flows smoothly across teamsFacilitate weekly regional leadership meetings and regular Employee Briefings, including general management of the meeting, agenda and content preparation, notes disseminationCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and business partners to gather relevant information and ensure effective communicationIn conjunction with product managers support preparation of presentations to stakeholders on strategic initiatives progress and business cases developmentRepresents the Australia IT organization in various global forums (BusOps, Employee Engagement forum) to ensure alignment and collaboration on operational activities. Some out of hours work is required to collaborate with teams in global locations.Required Experience:5+ yearsof experience in Information Technology performing in a change management, program / project management, or business operations5+ years demonstrating acumen in operations, risk management, financial management5+ years of experience collecting, interpreting data, and managing high level projects for Executives or Senior Leadership5+ years of experience successfully managing multiple high-volume, complex, concurrent projectsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences and all levels of managementAttention to detail, with a focus on outcomesComfortable with data, tools and systemsProficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to analyze data and generate insights.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience; a Master's degree is a plusProject Management Profession (PMP Certification)Eligibility:Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet defence security requirements and eligible to obtain a clearance.About Us:Boeing Australia and New Zealand are shaping the future of aerospace and delivering some of the nation's most important programs for both the defence space and the manufacturing of composite components for commercial aircraft.
