Job Description
* Welcoming and assisting patients with a warm, professional demeanour.
* Scheduling appointments and managing the appointment book efficiently.
* Handling patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.
* Coordinating with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care.
* Managing patient inquiries both in person and over the phone.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a dental or medical reception role is preferred, but not required.
* Confidence using computer systems; familiarity with dental software is a plus.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast‐paced environment.
* A friendly, professional manner and a genuine interest in patient care.
* Availability during practice hours: Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 7:30 am–5:30 pm, with occasional late shifts on Tuesday or Thursday from 10:00 am–8:00 pm.
