About The Job
We are seeking a Head of Marketing, Injectable Aesthetics (ANZ) to join our team based in North Sydney, operating under a flexible hybrid work model.
This is a newly created leadership role with significant scope and impact. You will lead the end-to-end marketing strategy across a complex injectable aesthetics portfolio, shaping brand and portfolio strategy while developing a high-performing marketing and digital team across ANZ.
Reporting into the ANZ leadership team, you will work closely with Sales, Medical, Clinical & Education, and Digital to drive sustainable growth and strengthen Galderma’s leadership position in aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and execute the ANZ marketing strategy across a diverse injectable aesthetics portfolio, ensuring strong alignment between portfolio, brand, and commercial priorities.
* Drive marketing excellence across brand planning, launch strategy, omnichannel execution, and lifecycle management.
* Lead, coach, and develop a team of Brand Managers and Digital Marketing professionals, fostering collaboration and high performance.
* Partner closely with Sales, Medical, Clinical & Education, and senior stakeholders to deliver integrated go-to-market strategies.
* Strengthen digital marketing capability and execution across the portfolio, embedding data-driven decision-making and customer-centric approaches.
* Represent marketing within the ANZ leadership forum and contribute to broader business strategy and transformation initiatives.
Ideally You Will Have
* Significant senior marketing leadership experience, ideally managing multiple brands or portfolios rather than a single product.
* Proven experience developing and executing strategic marketing frameworks within complex, regulated environments (pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or adjacent industries).
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate strategy into measurable business outcomes.
* Experience leading and inspiring high-performing teams through change.
* Demonstrated capability in digital and omnichannel marketing, with a strong appetite to further evolve this capability.
* Aesthetics or specialty healthcare experience is advantageous but not essential; learning agility and strategic depth are critical.
