Ladybug House are family owned and run paediatric clinics incorporating both speech pathology and occupational therapy located in Melbourne and the Gold Coast. We take a holistic approach to our therapies, incorporating the child and their family with care and respect. Now, we are looking to expand our clinic family with the addition of an Office Administrator!
**This position is all about**:
- Providing high quality care to our patients and their families
- Supporting families to book and attend sessions during all touchpoints of their care
- Supporting Speech Pathologists and Occupational Therapist in the day to day work that they do

You will be motivated to gain valuable exposure to a clinic environment, perhaps while studying Speech Pathology or Occupational Therapy, as well as being driven to positively contribute to our supportive team environment. You will be empathetic and understanding with a strong focus on providing solutions for our patients. Most of all, you're passionate about providing excellent and compassionate care to children and their families.
- Understanding of Speech Pathology or Occupational Therapy treatments and therapies (would suit a second or third year student, or similar experience)
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Exceptional interpersonal skills - able to communicate with a range of stakeholders on varied levels
- Blue Card/Police check/NDIS Screening Check
- Permanent working rights with no restrictions
**Key Duties**:
- Managing enquiries and visitors to the clinic with excellent customer service
- Providing high quality service and presentation - in clinic and via written and verbal communication
- Taking payments over the phone and in person using eftpos
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of services
- Following and upholding policies including cancellation policy
- Entering data accurately into practice management software
- Order stock and supplies as required
- Providing general administrative and systems support to the team
