F&B Supervisor - Salary Range: 66,000 - 85,000 depending on qualifications, skills set, and experience

We currently have vacancies for a Breakfast Supervisor and F&B Bar Supervisor.
Bar Supervisor – Hospitality level 3 casual $35.47 pay rate per hour or a permanent employment position (Salary Range: 66,000 - 85,000).
* Ensure that all F&B staff deliver prompt, efficient, and cordial attention to all guest needs.
* Ensure good communication throughout the department.
* Previous F&B Supervisory experience.
* Positive Communication – verbal and non-verbal.
* 30 - 40 hours per week between 12 pm - 11:30 pm, includes opening and closing shifts.
* Deliver exceptional customer service, driving initiatives and expanding boundaries – always looking for ‘that next step’.
Food and Beverage Breakfast Supervisor – Hospitality level 3 casual $35.47 pay rate per hour or a permanent employment position (Salary Range: 66,000 - 85,000).
* Exceed customer expectations in providing prompt and courteous food and beverage services such as serving customers, processing orders, and attending to customer needs.
* Assume responsibility for Food & Beverage outlets in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
* Efficiently respond to customer complaints and inquiries.
* Initiate immediate inquiry into guest feedback and ensure corrective action is taken, reporting such incidents and actions to Management.
* Ensure that all restaurant staff deliver prompt, efficient, and cordial attention to all guest needs.
