Lake Edge Resort is seeking a friendly, organised, and guest-focused Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our busy front office. This is a dynamic, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering outstanding service within a supportive team environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Welcoming guests with seamless check-ins and friendly departures
* Managing bookings, reservations, and daily front office operations
* Responding to guest enquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and care
* Processing payments accurately and efficiently
* Providing local recommendations and assisting with resort activities
* Supporting general reception duties to ensure smooth daily operations
* Assisting across departments when required (housekeeping, maintenance, etc.)

About You

* Experience in hospitality, reception, or customer service
* Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail
* Highly organised and able to work independently
* Confident using Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel)
* Canva experience is an advantage
* Knowledge of timeshare is beneficial
* Professional, reliable, and well-presented
* Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays (rotating roster)
* A genuine team player who thrives in a small, collaborative environment

Details

* Level 3 – Front Office Grade 2, Hospitality Industry (General) Award 2020
* Above award wages
* Rotating roster across 7 days

Pay: $26.70 – $29.50 per hour

Experience:

* Microsoft Office: 2 years (Required)
