About the Role
We’re looking for experienced technicians with a trade background in electrical, auto-electrical, communications, or similar fields who have strong hands-on field fitting skills.
If you want to build on your existing expertise and work with advanced operational technology on heavy machinery, this role is for you.
This is a hands-on and varied position — some days you’ll be in the field installing systems, other days you’ll be troubleshooting, updating software, or fabricating brackets to get equipment fitted properly.
You’ll be based out of our Perth office on an 8/6 FIFO roster across WA and will be provided with everything you need to succeed: service vehicle, laptop, and phone.
What You’ll Do
Install and service advanced mining technology (HPGPS, FMS, and safety systems).
Troubleshoot, run diagnostics, and complete system updates.
Carry out hands-on tasks including bracket fabrication and equipment fit-outs.
Support safety on every job by following procedures and identifying risks.
Complete job sheets, safety checks, and reports.
Read and work with electrical schematics and OEM diagrams.
What We’re Looking For
A trade background in Electrical, Auto-Electrical, Communications, or similar.
Strong hands-on technical and field fitting experience.
A proactive, safety-focused approach with a willingness to learn.
Comfortable with FIFO rosters and working in remote environments.
Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
A valid C-Class driver’s licence (HR, EWP, or Working at Heights tickets a bonus).
Mining experience is great, but not essential if you’re eager to grow.
