We're expanding and seeking a skilled CRM Developer with strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Duties & Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and customise Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE applications.
* Build and maintain plugins, workflows, custom entities, scripts, and integrations.
* Configure CRM modules to meet functional requirements.
* Collaborate with business analysts, testers, and solution architects to deliver quality outcomes.
* Support integrations using Azure, APIs, and related technologies.
* Troubleshoot and resolve CRM technical issues.
* Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.
* Ensure all development aligns with security, compliance, and quality standards.
Requirements
* Solid understanding of Dynamics CRM architecture, solution layering, and deployment best practices.
* Experience integrating Dynamics CRM with external systems using APIs, Azure services, and custom connectors.
* Familiarity with Azure DevOps for work tracking, CI/CD, and solution deployment.
* Strong debugging, problem-solving, and root‐cause analysis capabilities.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
* Proven ability to deliver secure, high-quality solutions within structured and compliance-driven environments.
