Helpdesk and Item Support Officer
The Assessment and Reporting Division is responsible for delivering VCE examinations, NAPLAN tests, the General Achievement Test, and marking written exams.
* Provide timely support to stakeholders, escalating queries or issues as necessary.
* Review user documentation, test software updates, and identify process improvements for the online assessment platform.
This role will work closely with a support team and subject matter experts to deliver high-quality assistance to stakeholders and support classroom assessment programs.
