About the Role
Are you ready to become the welcoming face of our Southport clinic on the Gold Coast? We're currently seeking an Admin Receptionist to join our team. As our Admin Receptionist you'll play a vital role in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for our patients. Your friendly demeanour and impeccable organisational skills will shine as you manage appointments, handle inquiries, and maintain patient records. Your attention to detail and multitasking abilities will keep our clinic running smoothly. Key Responsibilities
- Work independently at the front desk as the sole admin team member.
- Communicate with the finance officer.
- Welcome and assist patients, clients, and visitors with a warm smile.
- Efficiently schedule appointments to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Maintain accurate databases and records.
- Take client phone calls and confidently educate the community on our various services and details.
- Handle patient and client payments with professionalism.
- Navigate 3rd party claims through Medicare, DVA, WorkCover.
- Ensure the office is well-stocked and organised.
- Uphold and update policies and procedures.
- Keep the workspace clean, safe, and inviting.
- Support the team with various general tasks.

To Be Considered, You Will Need
- Experience in a receptionist role or similar customer-facing position.
- A friendly and down-to-earth personality, with outstanding people skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A passion for delivering top-notch customer service and making lives better.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a strong team player.
- Highly developed organisational skills, even under pressure.
- A proactive and solution‐focused mindset.
- Strong commitment, loyalty, and a strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Experience, skills, or interest in marketing (including graphic design), communications, or bookkeeping, which would be a bonus.
