**The Role**:
The face of LUSH, you will provide exceptional customer service and spread the love of our products to each customer who walks in the door. Our customers come from all walks of life so you're always meeting someone new This position is temporary and casual for the Christmas period. As a Casual Sales Assistant, you can expect varied numbers of hours week by week, adapting to the needs of the business.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Deliver outstanding customer service with genuine enthusiasm and a high level of product knowledge.
- Engage customers in interactive store tours and find them the perfect products.
- Demonstrate products and create experiences with customers.
- Maintain thorough product knowledge, referring to key ingredients and describing their benefits with confidence.
- Assist with other stock or sales-related tasks when needed - we work as a team
**Our Ideal Candidate**:
- Has prior customer-facing experience (preferred but not necessary).
- Is available to meet the needs of the business (a minimum of 4 days a week availability).
- Is a genuine people-person, loves to help others, and possesses a strong ethical compass.
- Is a fast learner and wants to soak up knowledge about all things LUSH.
