**About the role**
- Deliver procurement related documentation.
- Manage simple, routine and administrative contract change proposals (CCP) as well as more complex and high-value contract changes.
- Administrative tasks relating to contract changes.
- Engage in and organise meetings and workshops with internal and external stakeholders to identify and develop contract requirements based on the program's needs.
- Provide advice, direction, assistance and services for procurement policy, technical, commercial, legal, financial investigation, and other requirements to support contract management outcomes.
- Engage and negotiate with clients and stakeholders, and respond to complex enquiries and contract management issues, taking the initiative to identify alternative courses of action where necessary.
- Initiate and recommend mitigation strategies for the risks associated with contract management activities, suppliers' performance and compliance with mandatory requirements, and suggest relevant improvements.
- Monitor and manage contract administration, performance and risks against the contract, and contribute to appropriate action.
**About You**
- Demonstrated experience in managing simple, routine, administrative contract change proposals (CCP) and more complex, high-value contract changes.
- The ability to deliver procurement-related documentation, including templates, schedules, correspondence, reports, submissions, plans and strategies and other contract management documentation.
- The ability to engage and negotiate with clients and stakeholders.
