IT Support Engineer Role Summary
* This is a junior-level position, focusing on providing frontline IT support to internal and external stakeholders.
* The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of work experience in IT support, working efficiently to manage and resolve technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Diagnose and resolve technical issues for users.
2. Manage user accounts and profiles within Active Directory to maintain security protocols and operations.
3. Configure and maintain Windows servers, ensuring regular updates and system integrity.
4. Administer Office 365 applications to optimize user experience and address client needs.
5. Provide remote desktop support to assist users with IT-related queries and issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proficiency in troubleshooting a wide range of technical issues.
* Experience with Active Directory for managing and maintaining user accounts and permissions.
* Strong understanding of Windows Server environments for managing network resources.
* Skilled in Office 365 Administration to configure, manage, and support Office 365 services.
* Familiarity with the ITIL Framework for effective IT service management and delivery processes.
