About This Role:
We're looking for a talented designer with 4–5 years' experience in eCommerce to join our team. As a senior member, you will lead the design of new features and refresh existing site areas using data-driven insights to deliver a smoother journey across web and mobile.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design website features that offer an optimal customer experience.
* Conduct A/B testing and use analytics to inform improvements.
* Create wireframes, prototypes, and assets that bring concepts to life.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent, on-brand digital content.
* Ensure a mobile-first, responsive design approach across all touchpoints.
Requirements:
* Proficient skills in Figma/Zeplin and Adobe Creative Suite.
* A proven ability to turn insights into effective user journeys.
* Experience in retail/fashion is highly regarded.
