The Company
Our client is looking for an Assistant Accountant to join their finance team on a temporary basis. The role will support Accounts Payable and Receivable, complete reconciliations, and assist with month-end processes. We're seeking someone with solid transactional finance experience who is available to start early January.
The Role
- End-to-end Accounts Payables
- End-to-end Accounts Receivables
- Bank Reconciliations
- Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- Preparing the P&L; and Balance Sheet
- Posting of journals
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
To be considered for the position
- Prior experience in transactional finance and month-end accounting
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
