What You'll Be Doing
As our Business Development Manager – QLD, you'll play a key role in expanding Dulux and Nippon's presence across the Commercial Vehicle (CV) and Automotive markets.
In this dynamic, customer-facing role, you'll work closely with CV applicators, OEM customers, and distributors to strengthen brand loyalty, convert competitive users, and uncover new growth opportunities.
Whether you come from an automotive trade background—such as spray painting or panel shop experience—or you bring strong transferable skills and eagerness to learn, you'll have the opportunity to step into a more strategic role while developing your capabilities in sales, relationship management, and market development.

What We're Looking For
Proven ability to identify customer needs and deliver tailored solutions
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in managing both new and existing business relationships
Solid understanding of automotive products and refinish systems (spray painting knowledge is a plus)
Excellent time management, presentation, and communication skills
Demonstrated industry experience within sales or automotive environments
