About the role:
Victoria Police is advertising an ongoing, full-time VPS3 Project Administrator position with the Human Source Management Training Team (HSMTT). The HSMTT is a specialised training team supporting Intelligence and Covert Support Commands ( ICSC ) development, designing and delivery of specialist education and training. Reporting to the Detective Senior Sergeant in charge of the HSMTT, this role will support delivery of a year-round training calendar. The position is diverse, requires flexibility and the ability to work independently. The successful applicant is likely to complete a variety of administrative tasks and functions related to the delivery of specialist training provided by the HSMTT.

Your duties will include:
* Providing administrative support and functions to the HSMTT, including responding to stakeholder enquiries and secretariate duties at committee meetings.
* Providing logistical support to the HSMTT at training courses.
* Monitoring and maintaining training qualifications registers and version control logs for training material.
* Assisting with preparation of learning program documentation including course overviews, training competencies, storyboards and project reports.
* Assist in review of learning programs, feedback and pre and post implementation evaluations to assess educational program effectiveness.
* Collaborating with members of the training team to support positive project outcomes.
About You:
The successful candidate will ideally have the following skills and experience:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential
* Experience in running HR reports from HR Assist or similar system
* Experience in the use of Articulate 360 is highly desirable
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (advantageous but not essential)
* Experience in office administration
* Experience as a teacher or as trainer in adult learning environments
* Experience in the development of new and updating existing training curriculum and corresponding educational material
* Experience in ensuring learning content and material meets training program curriculums
* Experience in development and delivery of online learning content
* Experience assessing student learning outcomes
* Well-developed communication, organisational and time-management skills
* Strong awareness of information security protocols and its relationship to covert policing environments is highly desirable.
* Level 1 National Security Vetting Clearance (advantageous but not essential)
Further Information:
* One (1) x full-time, ongoing position available.
* This position is located at Victoria Police Centre, 311 Spencer Street, Docklands.
* The successful applicant will be required to undergo National Security Vetting, achieve and maintain a security classification as determined by the Department Head. To achieve this, applicants must be an Australian Citizen.
* The successful candidate will be required to undergo pre-employment checks which may include fingerprint checks and misconduct screening.
