Permanent part‐time opportunity available at BankSA's Salisbury branch. Begin a career with the bank that serves one in four South Australians. Bring your best‐self to connect with customers from all walks of life.

Hours: 32.5 hours per week across 9am – 4.15pm Monday to Friday.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be at the heart of our branch network, welcoming customers and engaging in meaningful conversations to uncover their needs and provide tailored banking solutions. You will utilise product knowledge to assist customers in achieving their financial goals – both in‐person and over the phone – and refer them to our specialised banking teams when necessary.

This is a part‐time, branch‐based role and you may be required to cover planned and unplanned leave across other Westpac Group branches in the area; travel and flexibility are essential.

Requirements

* Customer service and sales experience, ideally in a customer‐facing or phone‐based role with experience working to targets.
* Resilience, with the ability to remain calm and composed while managing challenging situations.
* Comfortable with working towards sales and referral targets and making outbound calls to customers.
* Numerical capability, ideally with proficiency in cash handling and counting, and the ability to complete financial transactions accurately.
* An energetic personality coupled with a genuine passion for helping people.
* The willingness to learn and adapt to new banking procedures and technologies.

No banking experience? No problem. Your vibrant personality, eagerness to learn and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service are key to excelling in this role. Comprehensive training on our banking products and services will be provided, and you will receive hands‐on guidance and resources to help you master everything you need to flourish.
