CNC Machinist Supervisor Role
The CNC Machinist Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the setup and operation of CNC machines to produce precision components. This role involves working with a team to achieve production goals, maintaining high-quality standards, and contributing to continuous improvement techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
* Setting up and operating CNC lathes and mills
* Maintaining quality control and minimizing scrap and rework
* Contributing to continuous improvement techniques to improve output, quality, cost, and delivery
* Assisting team members to resolve problems and train new staff
Requirements:
* A relevant qualification in CNC machining or equivalent experience
* Technical experience: Minimum 3 years in CNC machine setting, operation, drawing interpretation, and use of measuring tools
* Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* A flexible and adaptable approach
