The Role: We’re seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Accountant with strong experience using Sage X3 and manufacturing industry experience. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, inventory management insights, and driving system-based improvements in a dynamic, production-led environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and deliver monthly financial reports and management accounts. Oversee cost accounting and analysis. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. Utilise Sage X3 daily for GL maintenance, journal entries, and financial analysis. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, production, and supply chain teams to provide financial insights. Support audit preparation and year-end close. About You: Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline. CPA or CA qualified (or working towards). Minimum 3 years’ experience in the manufacturing industry. Proven hands-on experience with Sage X3 (mandatory). Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and cost accounting principles. Advanced Excel skills.
