About the roleYou will provide practical, timely and thoughtful P&C support across the employee lifecycle, while working in partnership with leaders to build strong people practices. Your responsibilities will include:Providing advice, clarity, coaching and guidance to leaders and employees across a dedicated portfolioSupporting performance optimisation and employee relations matters with confidence and careDelivering high-quality support through provision of knowledge and clear, practical advice on legislation and industrial instrumentsSupport informed decision-making, though workforce reports and metricsIdentifying trends, opportunities for improvement and contributing to projects aligned to future capabilityBuilding trusted relationships that enable proactive, people-centred solutions
About youYou are a P&C professional who enjoys variety, values relationships and wants to be part of shaping a modern P&C function. You will bring:Demonstrated experience partnering in People & Culture across a range of functionsA degree in Human Resources or a related discipline (or working towards)Experience in Industrial/Employee Relations strategyConfidence navigating ambiguity and having respectful, sometimes challenging conversationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA collaborative, approachable and solutions-focused mindsetHigh attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
