CMS NSW & ACT sends and supports long-term cross-cultural gospel workers.
We are looking for a Pastoral Care Manager to lead a small team help care for our missionaries, primarily while on home assignment. It involves formal and informal meetings to ensure missionaries feel heard, appreciated and encouraged. It also involves contributing to the development of pastoral care plans, to help missionaries grow and thrive long term.
A successful applicant will have an in-depth understanding of the pressures of living in a cross-cultural setting and an ability to effectively care for those in transition.
This position is 4 days a week, but for the right candidate, full time could be negotiated. The position is based in our Sydney office.
Remuneration is based on experience and qualifications.
