Store Support Manager (Area Manager)
You will be responsible for the day-to‐day operation in Greater Brisbane, leading your team to success, executing marketing campaigns, and driving sales.
Responsibilities
* Manage multiple stores across Greater Brisbane.
* Lead and inspire store managers to meet sales targets, KPI's, uphold brand standards, and deliver exceptional customer service.
* Drive sales growth and profitability through strategic planning, leadership, and innovative initiatives.
* Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and empowerment among store teams.
* Conduct regular store visits to assess performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement action plans for improvement.
* Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction.
* Support merchandising strategies and promotional activities.
* Assist with recruitment, development, performance management, and succession planning.
Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in an Area/Cluster management role.
* Self‐motivated, organized, and sales‐focused.
* Experience building strong team culture in a diverse environment.
* Hands‐on, lead‐by‐example leadership style.
* Track record of exceeding sales and KPI targets.
* Exceptional communication and motivational skills.
* Passion for fashion footwear and delivering customer service.
* Willingness and ability to travel across regions and interstate.
