Job Title: Store Manager
About the Role:
As a Store Manager, you will be the leading ambassador of our brand, modelling values of customer-centricity, achieving excellence, display honesty and forever evolving.
The role involves cultivating a vibrant and positive team environment where amazing customer service is a priority, driving store financial performance to meet targets, promoting strong leadership by providing effective training, daily in-store operations, visual merchandising management and lead by example to ensure clear in-store executions of business strategies, visions, values and guidelines.
You will also be assisting your Regional Manager in preparing and managing staff rosters, in-line with sales achievement, stock and expense control management, and have experience in recruiting and attracting right talents to nurture, retain and develop them into leaders' roles.
