Are you an experienced Accounts Payable professional looking to join a dynamic local team? We're seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Officer to take ownership of end-to-end AP functions, with a strong focus on reconciliations and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities
As our Accounts Payable Officer, you will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of our financial systems. Your responsibilities will include:
* Processing Purchase Orders, Invoices accurately and on time
* Performing supplier account reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
* Managing purchase orders and ensuring compliance with company policies
* Assisting with month-end close and reporting tasks
* Supporting general administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of site administration requirements
* Liaising with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure smooth operations
Requirements / Qualifications
* Experienced in Accounts Payable and account reconciliations (minimum 2 years' experience preferred)
* Proficiency in accounting software - Microsoft Based - Business Central.
* Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
* Ability to meet pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screening
* Police clearance (within 6 months)
* First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
* Organised, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
* Based locally in Kalgoorlie, WA
