We’re looking for a hands-on, mechanically-minded individual to assist with general maintenance tasks across our facility. The role will initially be for two weeks, but for the right candidate, there is potential for ongoing work—especially if we are unable to secure a permanent fitter.
You’ll be working on a variety of tasks that may include:
- Operating a scissor lift for elevated maintenance and repairs
- Assisting with mechanical troubleshooting and basic repairs
- Supporting the maintenance team with general labour duties
- Working independently to complete assigned tasks efficiently and safely
What You’ll Need:
- A valid Scissor Lift Licence (essential)
- Mechanical aptitude – you’re comfortable using tools and have a basic understanding of machinery
- Ability to work unsupervised and take initiative
- A strong work ethic and reliability
- Safety-conscious mindset and attention to detail
