Job Title: Housing Services Officer
Our organization is responsible for delivering and maintaining essential social housing and critical infrastructure across Western Australia.
This includes managing tenancy services, supporting housing provision in remote Aboriginal communities, and overseeing government employee accommodation.
The role sits within the Service Delivery business area managing approximately 39,000 tenancies statewide.
* Providing property and tenancy management services for department-owned and leased properties.
* Managing and monitoring designated Service Delivery tenancies to ensure tenant support and rent payment.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders including tenants, real estate agents, contractors, and government agencies.
