Job Description
As a Medical Sales Leader, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of sales representatives. Your primary focus will be on driving sales growth through analysis of sales results, customer trends, and market opportunities. You will also be responsible for building strong customer relationships and ensuring superior service across the region.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
 * Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, or related disciplines.
 * Minimum 10 years' experience in medical device sales (orthopaedics or capital equipment).
 * At least 5 years' experience leading and developing sales teams.
 * Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills.
