Site Manager Opportunity
We are seeking a Site Manager to lead our teams and deliver outstanding customer service.
The successful candidate will oversee production management, ensuring targets are met and vehicles are repaired to pre-accident condition.
This role involves:
* Leading and motivating teams to achieve exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
* Ensuring comprehensive and accurate quotes, QA inspections, and vehicles are repaired to pre-accident condition.
* Providing prompt, professional, and friendly interactions with customers and stakeholders.
* Preparing and reviewing financial reports, budgets, job costings, KPIs, and management reports.
* Overseeing staffing levels and processes, building positive work provider relationships.
* Maintaining the WHS management system and ensuring all policies and procedures are followed.
