**What this opportunity involves**:
Dedicated to a key Federal Government account, this role will manage third-party Services Providers in their provision of Security Monitoring and Maintenance services. You will work with a range of stakeholders including the JLL Facilities Management team to plan and monitor the security services across our client’s large property portfolio. Responsibilities will include:
Develop and maintain strong working relationship with our clients
Engage with and provide advice to the client on security associated matters
In association with our clients develop forward security strategies for performance improvement measures
Handle any security guarding incidents and report in accordance with company protocol and procedures
Progress implementation of the JLL FM Vendor Management process in relation to security services provided by Managed Contractor
Monitor and review ‘additional scope’ corrective and reactive work orders
Review, updating of planned preventative maintenance schedules for monitoring, patrols, guarding and seek client endorsement as appropriate
Ensure compliance to all OH&S;, Environment and Risk Management Policies and Procedures
Complete, update and maintain applicable web-based management information systems, including uploading various property documentation

You adopt a hands-on approach to problem solving and can juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic workplace. You think on-the-go and can collaborate with multiple stakeholders with ease. You have extensive experience working in a similar capacity and understanding of the facilities management environment.
