Some key responsibilities include:
* Building strong relationships with clients and providing excellent customer service
* Providing general advice as required, in line with AFSL restrictions
* Supporting and completing all research and implementation work for members who receive personal advice from comprehensive financial planners
The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others achieve their financial goals and possess a strong attention to detail, along with the ability to effectively prioritise tasks. Previous experience in an associate role within a financial planning practice or financial services environment is preferred but not essential.
A Diploma of Financial Services (FP) or a tertiary qualification in a relevant field is also highly valued.
