We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Guest Services Agent to join our dynamic team.
The role is a casual position, offering between 15 to 25+ hours per week depending on the needs of the business. The position will require flexibility as it includes both day and evening shifts.
Brisbane Holiday Village operates from 7:15am to 8:00pm, 7 days a week, and the successful candidate must be available to work allotted shifts within these hours. This is a fantastic opportunity for those seeking a flexible yet consistent work schedule in the vibrant hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities
* Greeting and checking in/out guests, processing reservations and payments
* Answering phone calls, emails, and inquiries
* Providing information about the holiday village
* Assisting guests with their requests and resolving any issues or complaints
Qualifications and Skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Have the initiative to 'think outside of the box' and be proactive with tasks
* Willingness to take on additional duties, if the opportunity presents itself.
* Knowledge of reservation systems – experience in residential property management and/or NewBook (Reservation Management System) is not essential but would be an advantage
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
