About the Role
Care Assistants provide personalized care and support to clients at our Aged Care Facility.
* They play a vital role in supporting clients to develop skills for independence.
* Assist with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing and grooming.
* Administer medication according to individual needs.
Training and Support
Employees can gain paid on-the-job training and work towards obtaining a Certificate 3 in Individual Support within 12 months.
* This includes real-world practical experience and mentorship from experienced staff members.
* Staff are initially employed on an entry-level basis with competitive hourly rates of $33.75-$34.08, including shift penalty rates.
