About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated professional to lead the delivery of our ICT Service Desk services. This position requires providing direction and support to an experienced ICT team in delivering exceptional customer service, support, and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operate the ICT Service Desk, responding and allocating requests in accordance with established Service Level Agreements to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
2. Manage requests from multiple stakeholders as part of a shared services arrangement.
3. Maintain accurate records of IT assets.
4. Deliver high-quality desktop and software support.
5. Provide ICT/AV support for council meetings and other events.

We are looking for someone with strong qualifications or substantial experience in ICT Service Management and Service Desk activities. You should have experience in managing ICT assets, be responsive to team needs, and able to operate within established priorities.
