Marketing Leader
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead the charge in one of the most exciting sports retail launches in the Southern Hemisphere - a leading digitally integrated retail and distribution business.
The ideal candidate will craft and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy to launch and grow the brand in Australia and New Zealand, leveraging local expertise and deep knowledge of the ANZ sports landscape.
* Craft campaigns that connect with customers across various channels, from grassroots events to ambassador programs.
* Utilise AI tools, performance data, and digital insights to optimise campaigns, automate workflows, and improve ROI.
What You Bring
* 8–10+ years of experience in brand, retail, or digital marketing, ideally in sports, lifestyle, or omnichannel retail.
* A deep understanding of the Australia & New Zealand sports ecosystem, including key sports, leagues, events, and audiences.
* Proven experience managing end-to-end campaigns across multiple channels.
* Strong digital marketing skills, with exposure to AI tools, automation, and performance analytics.
* Strategic thinker with a strong bias for action and delivery.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Bonus points for experience with store launches, local area marketing, and sports sponsorships.
