Looking to take the next step in your career? Hatch are currently seeking highly motivated IT Support Technician to join the Digital team supporting our Brisbane office. This role would suit a student (Uni/TAFE) who is seeking casual hours to complement their studies.
- Assist users with computer/printer/network-connectivity issues
- Conduct day-to-day operation of all PCs and peripherals, whether stand-alone or network
- Respond to enquiries and ensure internal service level agreements are maintained
- Gather information and escalate to senior team members so they can anticipate and alleviate potential problems
- Work with the team to maintain formal procedures and policies for consistency and increased productivity
