Job Overview
The Property Manager role is a dynamic mixed-use precinct position responsible for the overall performance of the asset, general maintenance, accuracy of lease/tenant information, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver efficient operational management minimizing costs and ensuring maximum return on investment
* Liaise directly with owners occupiers and operational personnel to achieve mutual goals
* Ensure tenancy and lease management including compliance and reviews in accordance with relevant lease provisions
* Develop and maintain policies and procedures aligned with owner objectives and occupier requirements
* Analyze and forecast retail performance preparing cash flow budgets and monitoring financial transactions
Requirements
* A property-related qualification or equivalent experience in retail or commercial property management
* Experience in managing commercial and retail assets with a focus on lease administration and renewal negotiations
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with various stakeholders
* Strong organizational and time management skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines
* Financial acumen with a focus on cash flow budgets incomes and expenditures
