Key Responsibilities
* Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specification.
* Prepare, manage, and execute detailed project planning and scheduling.
* Manage project deliverables, progress, and costs, ensuring budgets are met and financial goals achieved.
* Conduct contract and commercial administration activities, including progress claims and reporting.
* Track and analyse project costs and budgets, reporting variances and implementing corrective actions.
* Liaise effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to maintain strong working relationships.
* Work closely with the Managing Director and Senior Site Supervisors to coordinate project activities.
* Develop and submit required project reports, including scheduling updates and cost tracking summaries.
* Lead, support, and mentor team members, including Graduate Engineers and Site Supervisors.
* Maintain a high standard of safety, complying with all policies, procedures, and quality requirements.
Qualifications
* Open Car Licence and White Card.
* Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
* Demonstrated experience managing projects within civil, construction, or related industries.
* Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
* Strong understanding of contract administration, commercial requirements, and design principles.
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficient in Microsoft Projects and the Microsoft Office Suite.
* Proven leadership capability with the ability to guide, mentor, and motivate teams.
* Professional, accountable, and detail-focused, with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
